Job Title: Live-In Assistant Manager

We are a gay owned and operated gay/lesbian bed and breakfast in San Francisco looking for a live-in staff member who can manage multiple responsibilities in this exciting and fun environment.

The position will work closely with the General Manager and would supervise a part-time employee during peak times. The work hours are primarily 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, including weekends. Some occasional after hour work is required as we have late-night arrivals. You are entitled to two days during the week for your personal time off.

The position is available beginning January 1, 2010.

What we're looking for, but not limited to:

- General Housekeeping (primary responsibility)
- Administrative
- Concierge Services
- Front Desk Responsibilities (answering phones and taking reservations)
- Host (interacting with our guest)

What we're offering:

- FREE room and board
- Monthly bonus salary based on occupancy %
- 10 vacation days per year
